Introduction

The Gateway consists of 11 units, ranging in size from 285 sq ft to 1950 sq ft. The facility was converted from a Victorian warehouse, creating hugely characterful workspaces. Most are suited to office and studio uses , whilst the larger units are ideal for light production facilities such as print and other graphics.

Facilities in each unit include:

  • Each unit has its own kitchen area
  • Close proximity to Charlton Mainline station
  • Ample on-street business parking available
  • Modern insulation standards result in units with low heating costs
  • Units are let for a monthly fee which includes service charges. This avoids unexpected bills for repairs etc that most other landlords charge.

Included in the monthly fee are:

  • Buildings insurance
  • Repairs and maintenance to the exterior and structure of the building
  • Water supply for kitchens and toilets
  • Removal of kitchen and office waste (tenants who produce trade waste need to make their own arrangements for removal).

Incoming fees are the first month’s rent, plus one month which we hold as a security deposit until departure.
