Introduction

GEB owns one of the units on this modern estate. It is split into three floors with sizes ranging from 485 to 650 sq ft. The air-conditioned space is bright and clear, with limited off-street parking, but ample on-street availability. Units are let for a monthly fee which includes service charges. This avoids unexpected bills for repairs etc that most other landlords charge.

Included in the monthly fee are:

• Buildings insurance
• Repairs and maintenance to the structure and exterior of the building
• Water supply for kitchens and toilets
• Removal of kitchen and office waste (as an office development, trade waste cannot be accommodated on this site).
• Tenants are responsible only for maintenance of the inside of their unit and to ‘leave it as they found it’ when they eventually leave

Incoming fees are the first month’s rent, plus one month which we hold as a security deposit until departure.
