There are 8 small independent studio units.  They provide modern, newly refurbished space that was designed with the needs of small businesses in mind.  Each self-contained unit has one on-site car parking space.  Sizes range from 237 sq. ft. to 475 sq. ft.

Facilities in each office unit include:

• Own W.C.
• Own kitchenette
• Dado trunking for easy distribution of power, telephone and I.T. cabling
• Independent heating

Letting terms
The studios are let on flexible terms that allow easy access and departure. We fix in advance an all-inclusive monthly fee which includes:

• External and structural repairs
• Property insurance (but not your contents)
• Cleaning of the car park area
• Water supply to the kitchens and WCs.

Legal Fees
Incoming tenants contribute £500+VAT towards the legal costs of issuing the lease.

Business Rates
Each unit is assessed individually for business rates.  The tenant is responsible directly to the rating authority for payment of these.

Electricity
Each unit is individually metered.  Payment for all electricity used is payable to GEB.
