  • Cleaning of the car park area
  • Water supply to the kitchens and WCs.

Legal Fees
Incoming tenants contribute £500+VAT towards the legal costs of issuing the lease.

Business Rates
Each unit is assessed individually for business rates.  The tenant is responsible directly to the rating authority for payment of these.

Electricity
Each unit is individually metered.  Payment for all electricity used is payable to GEB.
